Description
Breastfeeding is a miracle, but it's not for nothing that the word "sore" is part of the word miracle... Many new mums complain about sore, cracked nipples, chapped lips during breastfeeding Breast-feeding or inflamed scars. The 100% natural SOS Balm puts an end to everything, because thanks to the concentrated vegan power of active ingredients from a healing plant & herb mix the melt-in-the-mouth formulation accelerates the wound healing and at the same time prevents sore skin areas.
The focus of the melt-in-the-mouth formulation is the nutrient-rich organic cupuaçu butter, which binds four times its own weight in water and is so highly hydrating and moisturizing. The extremely high water absorption capacity is even significantly higher than that of lanolin (a common ingredient for nipple ointments - but not vegan!) and makes cupuaçu butter an extremely moisturizing component for vegan natural cosmetics. Thanks to ingredients such as phytosterols, antioxidants and vitamin E, cupuaçu butter is credited with wound-healing, antibacterial and regenerating properties and is therefore often used in healing ointments.
In combination with skin-protecting organic shea butter, affectionately called the precious "women's gold" in Africa, the moisture retention capacity of the skin is regulated , irritations are relieved and the regeneration of the skin is promoted. Above all, shea butter is rich in oleic acids such as palmitic acid, linoleic acid or stearic acid, which interact to isolate and protect against environmental influences, bind moisture, have a cell-regenerating effect and keep the skin soft and supple. Especially sensitive skin, which often reacts sensitively to chemical ingredients, benefits from the rich vegetable fat of the miracle balm shea butter.
An equally important part of the texture is cold-pressed organic olive oil. In folk medicine, it is considered the base oil of healing ointments because it is rich in essential fatty acids that are similar to the skin's own lipids and are thus involved in the repair and regeneration of cells. Rich in many valuable minerals and important trace elements, these ensure an antiseptic effect, disinfect the skin and at the same time promote wound healing.
The extract of the medicinal plant chamomile soothes, cares for brittle, scaly or cracked skin, inhibits inflammation and itching and ensures that small injuries heal without scars. Thanks to the extraction process, it has no allergenic substances and is therefore particularly skin-friendly.
The SOS Balm is rounded off by the use of skin-protecting Vitamin E, which helps maintain the skin's natural barrier function, repairs small cracks and promotes cell regeneration, making it more resistant to bacteria, viruses and other pathogens. In addition, vitamin E has an antioxidant effect, so that with regular use the skin builds up a kind of protective barrier against external influences.
